FAQ
What happens when my AI quota runs out?
Quota resets every calendar month (5,000 credits). After it is used up, AI generation/translation pauses but offline features keep working; the quota resets automatically in the next billing cycle.
Which payment methods are supported?
International cards (Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay, processed by Waffo Pancake) and USDT (TRC20 / Tron network). Pro activates automatically after payment is confirmed — no manual processing.
Does Pro auto-renew?
Yes. Pro auto-renews monthly — you are charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Account Settings or the customer portal; billing stops at the end of the current cycle and you return to the Free tier with your data and history kept.
Does the free plan require payment?
No. The free plan gives you permanent access to built-in industry glossaries, scenario dictionaries, offline lookup and daily slang.
